The WBLC Leadership Team brought together the four industry associations to work together under the Ontario Manufacturing Learning Consortium banner: CME, CTMA, OAC and OCNI.  These organizations were instrumental in engaging their member companies to participate in the OMLC work-based learning programs, to fill their skilled job vacancies in entry- to mid-level positions.  WBLC is also working actively with the Canadian Association of Mold Makers (CAMM) and the Canadian Automotive Partnership Council (CAPC).

The WBLC Leadership Team recruited and managed the entire team of organizations and individuals who built and delivered the OMLC programs, including: the: Institute of Machine Tool Technology (IMTT) (a private career college), George Brown College, Fanshawe College, St. Clair College, and Georgian College (for classroom training); Manpower Group (multiple staffing services offices across Southern Ontario); various Employment Service Providers (for Youth recruitment) including Toronto Employment and Social Services, Mississauga YMCA, Region of Peel Employment Services, Region of Waterloo Employment Services, The Career Foundation, Second Chance, Cambridge Career Connections; Sitaran Group (E-Learning, Communications & Website); RCC Ltd.
